New Music: Bleeding Rainbow- So You Know

I totally fell in love with Philadelphia indie rockers Bleeding Rainbow when they released their bright, sunny Yeah Right LP early last year. The band have been really busy since because they have already announced the follow up record, Interrupt, which will come out next month.  The first new song from the LP, "So You Know", is a little bit darker than their previous material, but the band retain that fuzziness that makes their sound so irresistible. Check it out below:

Interrupt will be available February 25th via Kanine.

New Music: Bleeding Rainbow- Waking Dream

Hot on the heels of Pink Ruff and Drift Away, Philly fuzz rock band Reading Rainbow have just released another track from their forthcoming LP Yeah Right. Waking Dream is less fuzzy than their other songs and might be considered sunshine pop. In fact the chorus of the song is "Sunshine is all I see, light flooding over me,". If you suffer from the winter doldrums and hate that their is little sunlight at this time of year then this is a great track to pick you up. Listen below:

Yeah Right will be released on January 29th via Kanine Records.

New Music: Bleeding Rainbow- Drift Away + Music Video

Wow.... I can't believe I missed this song when it came out earlier in the month. Luckily Bleeding Rainbow released a video for their single Drift Away, or this track would have totally slipped by me. Really nice catchy song that is a mix of noise pop and post punk, and features a wall of guitars that add several layers of fuzziness. Great track.

Bleeding Rainbow have brought that fuzziness in to visual form with the music video for Drift Away. The clip sees the band performing in alternating scenes of fogginess and clearness, plus there is a stop motion sub-plot that involves a mad scientist elephant man. Watch below:

Bleeding Rainbow will release their new album, Yeah Right on January 29th via Kanine.
