Finally got word in March of a new album, Desire Lines, from Scottish indie pop band Camera Obscura, and it is a record to look forward to, especially when word came out that both Neko Case and Jim James of My Morning Jacket will guest on the LP.
Today the band released the first preview on the record in the form of the song "Do it Again". The song contains the same melancholic lyrics Camera Obscura fans are used to, but they have changed up the sound a bit from previous albums and have even added some synthsizer. Listen to the track below.
Desire Lines is out June 4th via 4AD.
