New Music: Vex Ruffin- Same Thing Tomorrow

Last September the Aural Report featured lo-fi psychedelic artist Vex Ruffin and his new single Take It. Now he is back with a more sedated track titled Same Thing Tomorrow which is part of a cassette only compilation of 10 songs taken from the almost 300 songs he submitted to Peter Butter Wolf at Stones Throw Records.

New Music: Vex Ruffin-Take It

Vex Ruffin and his new single Take It are getting some hype after the song was featured on the HBO TV show Girls (The same show that former Girls frontman Christopher Owens got all bent out of shape over). Take It is an odd mix of hip hop beats and King Khan inspired psychedelic garage. Listen below:

Vex Ruffin will release his debut album some time next year via Stones Throw Records.
